Crockpot Salsa Chicken- Health, Fast, Easy, and Gluten and Dairy Free!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or 3-4 pieces.
  • 2 cups of salsa (16 ounces)
    (can also sub can of rotel with diced tomatoes and chilis for salsa)
