Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice (1 bag of Success boil in a bag)
  • 3-5 Tblsp olive oil or coconut oil, to taste
  • 1 lime
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to directions (I use boil in a bag).
  2. Pour olive oil, lime juice, and salt on top and mix thoroughly so all rice is coated with a fork. *Tip: insert fork into lime half and rotate around to get all the juice out!
  3. Add cilantro and mix.
